My Story

Hi, I’m Claudine.

 

Women’s Fitness Specialist and Injury Prevention Advocate.


I’ve been training since I was 15. I’ve tried almost every fitness format out there — and I’ve been injured more times than I can count.

​

Shoulder. Hip. Knees. Back. Elbows.
Two hamstring surgeries.

​

Not because I was weak, but because no one ever taught me how to train safely. Back then, I didn’t know how to move well, how to build a foundation, or how to protect my joints while getting stronger.

​

That’s what I teach now.

​

I work with women who feel lost, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to begin. Women with real lives, real pain, and a deep desire to feel strong and capable again.

​

With over 25 years of experience in fitness and movement, I’ve seen what works — and what leads to burnout, injury, or confusion.

​

I don’t teach shortcuts.
I teach what I wish I had known from the start.


And I’ve created a system based on everything I’ve learned: years of training, continuing education, and hands-on experience with clients.

It’s called Strong Start — and it brings it all together to help women train with confidence, clarity, and care.
