The Zumba workout is a cardio fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music. Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it. The perfect combo of fun and fitness has made Zumba classes a worldwide phenomenon. This class started a dance-fitness revolution that changed the way we look at a “workout."
My group fitness class is for people in intermediate and advanced fitness levels. The class provides instruction on a variety of strength & endurance-type exercises, including weight training, resistance training, stretching, and bodyweight exercises. Balance21 is a 21-day program which will equip you with the tools and information required to improve your eating habits and will position you on the right track of healthy weight management by making conscious and informed choices.
You will learn what to eat and the right portion size for your body type. This experience will improve your overall nutrition, your sense of wellbeing and your relationship with food without ever feeling deprived!
My aim with this program is to teach participants the value of being consistently good, and not occasionally perfect. It' all about BALANCE!
